"Dear Aaron. I am not surprised that you have asked for help as it is quite a difficult puzzle.
It would be no fun if I simply told you the answer but I could give you a clue.
Firstly here are some quick ways of determining if a number is divisible by the numbers in the question:
 A number is divisible by 2 if its last digit is even (0,2,4,6 or 8)
 A number is divisible by 3 if the sum of its digits is divisible by 3.
 A number is divisible by 4 if the number's last two digits are divisible by 4.
 A number is divisible by 5 if the its last digit is a 0 or 5.
 A number is divisible by 6 if it is divisible by 2 and 3 (see rules above).
 There is no simple test for divisibility by seven, you need to do the division and check there is no remainder!
 A number is divisible by 8 if the last three digits form a number that is divisible 8.
 A number is divisible by 9 if the sum of the digits is divisible by 9.
 A number is divisible by 10 if its last digit is 0.
Secondly, the first digit is a three!

"One method of finding a solution to a puzzle in which the digits one to nine have to be arranged in a particular formation is by trying every different permutation. This strategy however is very time consuming. Even if it only took one second to arrange the numbers and check whether a solution has been found, you would need to allow over one hundred hours to complete the task!
Developing a strategy with some insight or consideration of the number patterns might be a better course of action. Good Luck! "
